Written out like that to keep the spam bots off it — swap the [at] for @ when you send. I read every message myself and usually reply within two or three days. If more than a week goes by without an answer, the message probably went to spam, so send it again.
Corrections
These are the messages I most want to get. Prices in Korea change, shops close, subway exits get renumbered, and a rule that held last year sometimes doesn’t hold this year. If you turned up somewhere because of something I wrote and found it different, tell me — which page, and what you actually found.
When I can confirm a correction I fix the article and note the date of the change. I’d rather a page be right than be old.
Questions about a trip
Ask away, but two honest limits. I’m not a travel agent and I don’t plan itineraries. And I know some parts of Korea far better than others — I can tell you what the counter at a bathhouse will do before it does it, and I can’t tell you much about hiking in Gangwon.
If your question is one other readers would have too, it may end up as an article. That’s usually where the good ones come from.

I don’t accept payment for a review, a mention, or a link. Not “disclosed payment” — none. If a product turns up in an article it’s because I thought it was worth writing about, and if that ever changes I’ll say so in the article itself, at the top, in plain English.
